With regard to any items left on site for display, the purchaser agrees to return all items in good condition within 24 hours of the event, unless pickup service has been arranged. 7. If you underestimate your guest count, it is our policy to be prepared to serve 5% more than your final guest count, and the extra meals served will be added to your total. 12. Leftover food in most cases will be made available to you. It is your responsibility to make arrangements to have said leftovers packaged. In certain instances, Grandview Catering will bring more food than is necessary to an event and will retain rights to that extra food. 13. In the event of inclement weather, the Lead Server for Grandview Catering may make changes in certain outside arrangements, with the purchaser's best interest in mind. It is at Grandview Catering’s discretion to adjust any set programs in order to ensure the event’s success, in the event of dramatic weather or safety concerns. 14. To have an event billed or to set up a house charge with Grandview Catering, you must have prior acceptance from our Accountant, Trish Wiltse, @ 947-2111. 15. Amounts of food negotiated are based on a reasonable portion per person. If you are anticipating a greater than average consumption, it is your responsibility to negotiate portion size prior to event. The prices for Grandview Catering do not provide for an all-you-can-eat buffet. 16. Grandview Catering is not liable for inclement weather or any other
unforeseen reasons that deter the use of our services. Note A notice of at least two weeks is required to attain most service personnel. It is your responsibility to provide Chef and Bartenders with necessary equipment, in most cases.
