Service Grandview Catering personnel are of the highest caliber in the region. All are trained servers in the art of beverage and food service. We ask that you adhere to the following service schedule: For Sit-Down Service you will require a minimum of 1 server per 20 guests. For Buffet Service or Appetizer Service you will require a minimum of 1 server per 25 guests. For Bartending Service you will require a minimum of 1 Bartender per 50 guests. There are exceptions to every situation. Nevertheless, these guidelines have served our guests well in the past. All service times are computed from the departure time from our establishment to the estimated return time to our establishment. We ask that you allow at least 1.5 hours for your service staff to get set-up and aware of your special needs. Most service requires a minimum amount of hours (i.e. 4 hours) Service Rates: Servers
$25 per hour each Service personnel are dressed in black pants and white shirts unless otherwise specified. Chefs will be dressed in black pants and white shirts with aprons. Beverage Service Limitations Unfortunately, we are not licensed to purchase alcohol for you. This means that we are not able to take liability for alcohol served at your function. We are able to supply you with bartenders to serve your alcoholic beverages at your discretion. Note A notice of at least two weeks is required to attain most service personnel. It is your responsibility to provide Chef and Bartenders with necessary equipment, in most cases.
