Their Story

Once upon a time, in a small Northern Michigan town, there lived a funny, little chef whose dream it was to create eateries that brought friends together to enjoy fresh, outstanding food and good company!

Industriously, he cooked, waited tables, and peddled (our now signature) Great Lakes Salsa door to door. Thru all that dicing and slicing, he still managed to notice the sassy, pretty girl in accounting and knew he had met his match! Trish and Jeff Wiltse were soon married and used their combined business skills to open The Dish Cafe (Trish was a dish!) & Catering Services.

After years of making a mark in the Traverse City food scene, the centennial year brought about the grand opening of Bubba's, which has grown into one of Traverse City's most popular casual dining spots.

They sold The Dish in 2002, to help fulfill the couple's vision of introducing and serving authentic, urban food to the good townspeople... and 310 Restaurant was born! It wasn't long before 310 was voted by the townspeople as "the place to be and be seen"! Their catering company, known as Grandview Catering has become a contender for the leading social and corporate caterer in the city.

Just recently added to the family, Giovanni's Roadhouse, a casual diner with incredible pasta dishes, wraps & pizzas, located in Interlochen, MI. The townspeople were so delighted by all the delectable choices of cuisine, they all lived happily ever after in a world of good eats!
