TC FOOD has been accessing its existing sustainable practices and is currently in the process of creating individually-tailored plans for each of  its restaurants and catering company.

Since Fall 2009,  we have launched several new environmental practices- such as removing all styrofoam cups and containers and expanded our full scale recycling program. In addition,  TC FOOD is working on the following:

RECYCLED TO GO CONTAINERS    All of our "to go" items are packaged in recyled containers, as well as all of our "to go" beverage cups.

ENVIRONMENT  We are committed to awareness of our lakes and shoreline..we only use fully non-hazardous, non-toxic and non-polluting solutions for cleaning and degreasing throughout our restaurants and bathrooms.  

FRYER GREASE   All of our fryer grease is now recycled.

PAPER REDUCTION  Working on new policies and efficiency whereby most in-house communication is done online. All cardboard is recycled .
